Legal question: I've been in restaurant industry for 30 years. I'm at a place with alcohol now and I served a teen with alcohol in an ATF sting. I asked for his I.D. but my eyes didn't focus and I thought 3 was 8.

I definitely agree with you that it is good that you've got a good record, and that you asked for I.D.; I've not had a case involving the person charged actually looking at purchaser's I.D.
