Legal question: I had an argument with my live in; we're both on the lease. A neighbor heard the yelling. Police talked to us and they arrested him & charged him with gross misdemeanor domestic assault and terroristic threats, too. I need him home, now. We have to pay the rent. I think neighbor exaggerated and so then the police did by mistake.

​What is best for you to do, or not do, depends on what the detailed facts are. If it were me helping you, I'd ask you to tell me information such as how long the two of you have been involved. I wonder if this is your fiance or husband?  Etc.
