Collaborative LawAttorney Tricia Dwyer is rated 'Superb' year after year
Here is one definition of Collaborative Law: Collaborative Law is a way of practicing law in which the attorneys agree to assist the parties using cooperative strategies rather than adversarial techniques and litigation. There is a company called Collaborative Law Institute of Minnesota which has members who pay the company. Here is a link to the webpage (12/11/22) that states the annual payment required to be paid: https://collaborativelaw.org/membership-page/ I choose NOT to be member of Collaborative Law Institute but I may practice this sort of law in my work. I plan to write more on this subject in future posts. |
